Vivian Chong is an Advisor for Whistle Stop Capital. She is eager to bring her expertise and passion in trust & safety, responsible innovation, and corporate governance to the Whistle Stop team.

Most recently, Vivian was a Senior Fellow at Duco, where in collaboration with investors and trust & safety leaders, she led the development of their Trust & Safety Market Research Report, a comprehensive business case for investment in the trust & safety industry. She also holds trust & safety product management experience at TikTok and management consulting experience from IBM, and is excited to leverage her diverse consulting and trust & safety experience to support Whistle Stop's tech accountability research initiatives. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where she co-founded the Tech & Society club and was a Yale Ventures Associate.
