Ananya Mukherjee is a Project Manager with the Finance Focused Strategies Project, Netgain Partnership at Whistle Stop Capital. She is a qualified public policy professional with over 5 years of experience working at the intersection of investment, corporate responsibility and human rights. A recent Master of Public Administration graduate from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, she majored in Human Rights Policy with double minors in Technology, Media, and Communications, and Gender and Public Policy. She is passionate about promoting responsible business conduct, ethical investments, and creating areas of convergence between corporate motivations and human rights considerations. 

Ananya is a trained legal professional, with several years of business advisory experience. A graduate of The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India, she has practiced as a corporate and investment lawyer with leading Indian law firms where she spearheaded multiple domestic and international transactions. 

Ananya serves on the board of EA Consultants, providing advice on governance and gender performance in microfinance.
