Kaitlyn is a contractor for Whistle Stop Capital, where she provides data analysis and modeling support. She is currently a master's student at the University of Washington in the transportation engineering program. In her master's research, her work focuses on the analysis of human travel behavior and draws from sociology and urban planning.

Kaitlyn has experience working in transportation planning, where she is passionate about equitable infrastructure and policy development. She also holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, with minors in history and computer science.
